The mission of the Fund is the attraction of attention of consumers and investors of qualitative goods and advanced technologies on the Russian market.

Within the framework of the program, the national competition for "The Russian Mark" will be carried out. The gold sign of quality "The Russian Mark" for "the Supplier of production to the Russian market" is appropriated to the foreign enterprises delivering goods of high quality in Russia for not less of five years.
The participants of the competition are required to send to the address of the National Fund "The Russian Mark": the application form for participation in competition, copy of the payment (15 000 roubles per one good) order for participation in competition (by fax or e-mail), production sample of declared production in series (in the preliminary coordination), complete documentation on each unit of goods, declared for competition, (service or technology) according to the list of documents.
As a result of the previous seven competitions, in which more than 600 enterprises have taken part, the sign of quality "The Russian Mark" was awarded for more 800 of the best goods, services and technologies.
The winners receive the right to mark production by the "The Russian Mark" emblem, a sign of quality, for the goods and services that are brought on the Internet - register.
